This public storage location is amazing! As we all know moving can be so stressful, however Juanita set up my move in day and had everything prepared, was so kind and helpful. On move in day I met Crystal and she is as sweet as can be. They both did a really great job explaining everything throughly and had taken allot of the moving stress away.
I'm only giving them 1 star because the staff was great when I got the unit. However after more than a year, and paying my monthly payments each month and a few times was a little over a week late do to forgetfulness I was hit with a $20 late fee. Which I paid. I just received a phone call, the first one ever from them saying I need to replace my pick because they cut mine off back in August because it was going to auction . This account was never more than 10 days late. Needless to say I lost a $20 lock, I am retrieving my items immediately. Be careful if you decide to use this establishment to store your items. They will say they have tried to reach you, they dont. They have my email and phone number, the only thing I receive is that my monthly statement is ready, 2 weeks before it's do.... I don't understand why a business has to play games, especially with those of us who are honest working people, paying their bills. Is just sad!!
