Had an emergency and was fighting with home warranty company on the issue, they allowed me to find my own electrician for a 2nd opinion, Sheridan came out actually spent time looking into the situation unlike the company the warranty place sent, proved that the problem was with the electrical box, and not something we did, he has even taken time to try and work with the warranty company even though he normally does not because they basically give you BS service with BS parts, Sheridan was very respectful and informative, very glad we found Mr. Electric and will be a life long contact for all of our future electric issues.
