We were traveling home from vacation and the sway bar like went out in our Nissan juke. Hoffman's had excellent customer service. Very reasonably priced and had us back on the road in a very short time! Can not say enough on how happy we we're pleased with the service! thanks
Overpriced. Gave me “free gifts” after my expensive ($600 spark plug change and fueling system cleaning). I know these aren’t free at all. Send you late 90’s / early 2000’s style flyers in the mail with all kinds of services most people probably don’t need. They were friendly and are good at their job and didn’t seem swamped w business and maybe its bc they make such a large profit per person. I regret going.
This is honest repair shop! I have done business with them now for 4 years with 4 different vehicles and never had a bad experience.
Work done was first rate and quality of parts where are all OEM spec.
I just picked my Escape from Hoffman Auto. I had been on the phone with them this week to arrange having my car towed to them for repairs. Their customer service person (Tony) was the greatest. I found their service personable and the explanations easy for me as a person who does not know anything about car repairs to understand my car issues. They are the best and I will from here on in bring all of my car repair issues to Hoffman. Also, I had been to several car shops who said my issue could only be resolved by taking it to the dealer. I found out that was a false assessment due to Hoffman Auto Repair completing the work in a timely and affordable fashion. They also gave me a gift incentive. Thanks Hoffman and Tony especially, for all of your hard work and customer service to your customers. Car breakdowns can be stressful but they made it stress free for me.
